What are the steps in your smile journey?

One of the amazing reception team will call you and help to arrange a suitable time and date for you to visit the practice and discuss your case with me.

If you would like to give me some details ahead of attending please send me an email and let me know- for example if you are nervous, or anything big or small that might help us make your experience better.

We will have a dedicated time together to get to know each other better and discuss your smile. I usually will take some photographs of your smile and we can look at these together on the big screen to identify what you would like to change and I can detail how we might approach this to suit your circumstances and budget. 

Take some time at home to think about what we have discussed and decide what treatment or approach suits you best. 

I believe you should have the space to decide without pressure.  I will usually follow up our first meeting with a treatment letter so you can decide more easily.

Once you have decided which route is best for you we will finalise our plan taking more photographs, Xrays and Digital Scans of your teeth and Smile. 

We will make time to go over any other questions you might have at any time. 

For treatments that will be changing the appearance of your smile we can show you what we are planning to achieve before we begin!

Whatever treatment you have chosen to be the best  for you I will make sure that you are comfortable throughout!

Whether it is one short treatment or more than one appointment it is important we get you to your end goal as easily as possible. Less stress for you makes this journey together much easier!

It is really important we look after your new smile together!

I will make sure you have a personalised care programme to look after and maintain your new smile alongside the hygienist.

It will be important to make sure you have regular follow up appointments to make sure everything is OK!
